I had high hopes based on the beautiful photos in the reviews and online, but unfortunately, the bouquet I received doesn't look like what I ordered at all. I chose a specific bouquet from their website based on the flowers (photo with white backdrop), and it looks very different. I paid for the highest amount of stem count and it is much smaller than what is pictured. A few substitutions would be understandable but this is a completely different arrangement and I would have chosen differently if they said they couldn't fulfill my order. It was also confusing that their hours say 6 pm but they said on the phone "we might close early, we don't know what time" which is hard for customers. 3 stars because they are friendly and fast.

Ordered three dozen roses at 1:30 p.m. for delivery same day all the way to Avon Lake (they are in Lakewood). No problem for them. I've used them several times over the years and keep coming back for this kind of service.

Very disappointed in this cottage of flowers piece. There were possibly 3 roses total for an arrangement this expensive (~$80)? The picture online is completely misleading for what was delivered. Will not be ordering from them again. Save your money!

Last minute, I was looking for a bouquet of lillies for my niece. After 2 strike outs this little gem came in and saved the day. They may have been #3 on the call log, but they are #1 in my heart. The flowers were beautiful. 🥰

My partner kindly ordered a bouquet of stars gazing lilies, and red roses for my birthday. Unfortunately, the bouquet arrived in a cracked vase. I transferred the flowers to a new bowl of water and did everything I could to care for them, but despite my efforts, they turned brown and died within 12 hours. When I inspected the flowers, I noticed their stems had been cut so short that they couldn’t possibly reach the water. I contacted The Cottage of Flowers to request a replacement bouquet. However, it took four days to arrive, and the replacement was very disappointing. Instead of the lilies and red roses I love, they sent me a bouquet of fully open white roses. Within 12 hours, the white roses began dropping petals, and the smaller flowers in the arrangement showed brown edges. I am extremely disappointed. I had two conversations with the florist explaining these issues, and I can’t believe their “solution” was to send me another bouquet that was already dying.
