I truly can't thank you all enough. I got flowers for my daughter and I almost cried when I seen them. these people truly went all out and I'll be forever grateful. my daughter is going to cry when she sees these. even the wrapping I didn't pick out, just the flowers and color and they picked the exact perfect colors for her. thanks to them her concert will end with a beautiful surprise!😭💜 truly from the bottom of my heart thank you all!
I ordered a simple birthday flower arrangement for my mom with a little balloon to go with it. Since she’s not too fond of pink, I requested they include some turquoise or teal blooms if possible (colors she really loves). My mom loved her flowers, and Marion Flower Shop made the online ordering process smooth and easy. Big thanks to the staff member who took my call earlier to check on the delivery status - she was kind, helpful, and reassured me that everything was on its way. I don’t live in Marion anymore, but I still always order from MFS whenever I’m sending flowers to someone back home.
The arrangement looks nothing like pictured. I ordered a beautiful soft pink and white arrangement for my friends birthday, the biggest size. They sent this tacky arrangement that does not even look the same with dark pinks and reds. Very disappointing. If you didn’t have the flowers you should have canceled the ordered. The first photo is what I received the second photo is what was ordered. This was so embarrassing. EDIT: Response. I love the passive aggressive reply. Suggesting I have special request because I want what I paid for and you advertised. I find it comical this is “not how it left your shop”. I was not aware flowers could change colors. I did call the shop. There was no answer, I left a voicemail. Shirley called back and left a message. Was there no record of my voicemail in your call records? It’s fine you can keep your refund. I would just like other customers to be aware your photos and what is delivered may not look the same or at least magically change once it leaves the shop (not the first time I’ve seen you use that comment ;)).
I called 2 hours before calling hours to get flowers delivered. The van was being loaded with the orders going to the calling hours, they stopped the van, took my order and made sure i was able to get the flowers sent. Amazing customer service and I am so thankful they were able to help me!
I highly recommend the music box with the flower display. The website said the shop picks the box and flowers and what they picked really exceeded my expectations. I can't believe the quality for the low price I paid. I was able to afford one for each of my 3 sisters. I know they will love them!
