A wonderful owner who understood my gift idea. The owner went above and beyond my EXPECTATIONS and SURPASSED THE MARK. I needed a long living plant basket with long w/ some simple holiday decorations that could be removed after the holidays. It was meant for a hotel reception desk who helped me during a emergency situation. The accents and Red Carnations juzched up a level.
These people are simply amazing! I’m not an easy customer because I like to add personal touches to my deliveries. Every single time they go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will always trust Gruett’s Flowers with my business!

My son asked his date to homecoming last minute leaving me scrambling for a corsage. I walked into Gruett's 2 hours before close today and in desperate need of help as his date is expecting a corsage tonight. The woman's working explained that they need to be preordered but she would do her best to help me. She was incredibly sweet and was able to make us a beautiful corsage in between her busy day of people picking up their preordered homecoming flowers and other customers. I am very grateful to her and will return for all our flowers needs from here on out because of the level of customer service and assistance she gave us today. Thank you again for saving the homecoming day for the McCains!
