She didn't listen to what I requested, was late delivering the order, and then refused to do anything to correct the order. From my experience, you only get to bury someone one time. I will not use again. We are always told by the funeral home or church to be an hour early. I discussed your being an hour early when I ordered the flowers. No one called you to ask you to get to the church late.
