I used Colwell Flower Shop for my wedding flowers, and I was very happy with the end outcome! She did such an amazing job putting all the colors together! She worked so well with my schedule and any last minute changes I made. She did a fabulous job! Would recommend her any day!
I can not say enough about Colwell Flower Shop and the Owner Hester. We are about 3 hours away and we wanted to send a beautiful plant for a funeral. I explained it was important and Hester assured me that she would take care of us and that is exactly what she did! She helped me decide what to send and was extremely helpful every step of the way . I paid , she sent a receipt . When the plant was ready she sent a picture. Upon delivery she text “delivered”. All business owners should take a lesson from Hester as she sets the bar extremely high. My only wish … is that Colwell Flower shop was in my hometown. Thank you again Hester , you guys are the best!!
I ordered flowers for myself for Mother’s Day, excited bc I knew I would actually be getting a gift this year. I spent $100 I didn’t really have because I just really needed a pick me up, and I just ended up disappointed- and out $100! I know the flowers won’t look identical to the picture, but I thought they’d at least be a similar color. If they couldn’t do the purple I ordered, maybe they could have at least given me flowers that weren’t damaged and just smushed carelessly in the vase. I gave them 2 stars because I did get the flowers earlier than I expected. UPDATE: My review went from 2 stars to 5 after speaking with Hester, the owner of Colwell Flower Shop. Hester gave me a GENUINE apology, took accountability for the mistake, and did everything possible to remedy the situation and make me a happy customer! Her customer service skills are exemplary and other companies should follow her lead. Her professionalism and compassion have made me a repeat customer!!
I'm beyond happy with my experience working with Colwell Flower Shop! Even though I placed my order after hours, the owner took the time to contact me directly to help me get the perfect flowers for my sympathy bouquet order. She was very personable and understood the importance of my order. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and was delivered the next day. She even sent me a text message letting me know my order was delivered and received by the recipient. I highly recommend this flower shop and will definitely do business with them again.
