I would like to convey my sincere appreciation for the service provided this week on an order I placed through From You Flowers. The Recipient, a dear friend, is a schoolteacher and when delivery was attempted while she was at work, you contacted her, inquiring whether she was working locally. When she told you where she was teaching, you happily volunteered to deliver to her at work! It was such a lovely gesture, totally unexpected. I just wanted to commend your service, above and beyond, as well as the beautiful arrangement you provided. I am highly recommending Kelley's Flowers to my Central Ohio friends!
Kelly's flowers where kind, and helpful. They didnt have any pre-made bouquets but whipped up a cute little stubby peice for my grandmother who is in a nursing home. Excellent customer service. I will be back.

The team @Kelley's Flowers are wonderful to work with! We needed to order flowers from Texas for a loved family member's funeral in Granville. We wanted a specific color scheme and the arrangements online did not work. Joann listened, gave ideas and made our wishes a reality! I ordered the Teleflora's Hidden Garden Bouquet for my best friend for her birthday. They called me once shortly after I ordered to let me know they needed to change the vase because the original wasn't in stock, which I was completely fine with but loved that they made sure it was okay! And they called me again to let me know when they were going to be on the way and I personally really appreciated that since it was my first time ordering flowers online and I was quite nervous. They came in the same day, about 3 hours after I ordered and were absolutely beautiful! I'm very pleased with the entire experience, thank you guys so much for making my first online flower order stress free and beautiful! 😊
