I hesitate to make this review as I want to support local businesses in my community. Before I start, I will say that I'll absolutely support this florist again, but would be more discerning when I place and pick up my order. Unfortunately, an order I made for Mother's Day did not look at all like the picture (first picture is the order, other two pictures are what I received). It seemed to be below the bare minimum and quite a bit of filler. If I would have had time, I would've stopped at Giant Eagle to get flowers to supplement it. I understand that Mother's Day is a very busy holiday for a florist, but had I known it would have been so sparse, I would have ordered elsewhere or upgraded to a different pricing tier, although that shouldn't have been necessary given the picture. My Mom is a former florist owner and she was very kind about the gift and didn't say anything negative, but when I pressed because it wasn't sitting right with me, she explained to me how these were not up to the picture and honestly, just not well done. She commented on the ribbon missing as well. I've seen a few reviews like this, but also a lot of great reviews, so maybe I just got one of the rarer bad experiences. As I said, I will support again, but would call in and mention expectations versus ordering online.

I’m out of state but wanted to order from a local florist for my mom, who lives in Stow, for her birthday. The site was easy to use and the bouquet was beautiful and exactly as shown on the website! I will definitely use them again over and over instead of the larger online sites that I’m sure take a cut when they contract with local shops. Always shop local when possible!
