Trojan Florist and Gifts

The flowers were nice but they were not even close to the arrangement that was in the cooler that we wanted. The flower arrangement that we received was half the size campaired to what we wanted. Unless I buy something out or the cooler I don't know that I would trust them to send what was represented.

ordered a half dozen roses on Monday to pick up today. They decided to give me a dozen for the price of a half dozen, super nice of them ! They were beautiful as well & my friend loved them.

TLDR; Trojan Florist is too busy to take your business. I reached out to Trojan Florist in June to request a consultation appointment for my wedding. I filled out the survey they had online and then called to ask to set up the appointment. I was told that the owner is out for 2 weeks on vacation, but would give me a call after they return. I waited 3 weeks and then called again to follow up after not hearing anything to see if we could schedule the consultation appointment. They sent over a Google Sheet for me to fill out and said we could after I filled out the sheet. A few days after filling out the sheet, I called and asked to set the consultation appointment. The worker on the phone had a rude tone and said “we’ve been really busy so we haven’t seen your information yet”. I was taken aback because I wasn’t confrontational at all when I called. However, we finally set the appointment and the appointment is good. The owner was very helpful with guiding me when making selections. She shared that she needed to reach out to a vendor to get a quote for me, but would have an answer for me on Monday (4 days later). By day 10, I still hadn’t been contacted, so I called them to see if I had missed an email or phone call somehow. The woman on the phone just says “i will leave her a note to give you a call. She’s gone for the day, but will call you tomorrow.” Four days later, I still haven’t received a phone call. I called again and asked if there was an update. I was told that they have been very busy and haven’t had time to contact me. The woman on the phone says if the owner doesn’t reach out to me later that day (Friday), the worker would call me herself for an update on Monday. Today was Monday and I didn’t receive a phone call or email follow up from Trojan Florist. I understand that this is a busy time for floral companies, but the lack of communication and poor customer service has deterred me from moving forward with their services. If you are truly too busy to even do simple follow ups, then be up front and don’t take my business.

I couldn’t be happier with Trojan Florist and Gifts! The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the local delivery fee was lower than I’ve ever paid before. I’d had a different florist cancel my order 2 days before it was to be delivered so I called Trojan. They delivered a gorgeous bouquet the next business day. Thank you Trojan Florist and Gifts!

I cannot say enough about the team of talented floral designers at Trojan Florist. I have monthly fresh cut arrangements delivered to my mother who lives in a local senior living community and each month's delivery is more beautiful than the month previous. Everything is extremely fresh, lasting over a week. I can't thank you enough! Lovely work!!
