Ordered flowers from out of State to a friend in Washington courthouse and was guaranteed they would be delivered by 1:00 since there was a specific purpose for the timing of the delivery. I had already cancelled flowers from another florist due to botched delivery. It is now 4:15pm and still no delivery. There is no purpose for the flowers at this point and i paid a decent amount. When i explained my dissatisfaction, the owner began to yell at me and became very rude. Ill never call this place again to order flowers.
I telephoned in an order for a funeral arrangement, the staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I am not from this area and I usually use 1-800 flowers or pro flowers, but I wanted to try a local business....... I did not have any specific requests, although I wanted to stay in a $40 price point, I was charged $46 which I feel should have gotten me a nice arrangement. Next time, I will stick with one of the above resources. I was disappointed with the arrangement that was made for the price I paid. the arrangement was very pretty it contained a cut rose, a lily, several unbloomed flowers, but compared to what is available online for that price, I did not feel Back-En-Thyme was a good value. I feel I could have had a comparable arrangement by going to the grocery store and placing a store bought bouquet in a small vase and have accomplished the same affect. I did not call to complain, it was pretty, just meager for $46.....I will go with a known source in the future.
Back in time always does a really awesome job for me. The flowers are of great quality and Look fresh for weeks. The best part is a deliver locally sometimes even the same day. I love shopping local I love That they know my name.

Very friendly and personable service! Came in on a Saturday for a pick me up gift for my wife. Ended up getting a small bouquet of flowers for my wife and she loved it! The shop is extremely cozy and there was a lot to choose from!
