If you need flowers for any occasion, you really need to go to the FlowerLoft Florist and Gifts!!! Pictures to come, but they did my wedding and it was more beautiful than I could of ever imagined. Seriously, typing this makes me cry lol because it was such a special moment in my life, and they made it so much more! Norma is such a sweet lady and so is her daughter and everyone else that works to make it such an amazing company!
I have called a couple of times when I needed something within a day or 2 and they were very efficient and professional and made it happen. There was a time when I needed a last minute corsage for my granddaughter and just told them to make something simple with such quick notice... they went above and beyond and it looked fantastic! The owners are 2 wonderful ladies and are very sweet. Give them a call and get the great professional service I received!

I ordered Flowers for anniversary, paid a premium for same-day delivery. The flowers were not only NOT delivered as promised the customer service you have to deal with is atrocious. They will keep the money for a service they did not provide and leave your blood pressure at elevated levels. Wish I would have went with Brenda's they do what they say.
Bouquet as lovely as the amazing staff that helped me! I ordered from out of state for a friend that lives in Waynesville. Norma went above and beyond to be helpful and communicate with me - and genuinely cared about this gift. I felt part of the process while being all the way in Texas! My friend got delivered the most gorgeous flowers.
