Petals & Things Florist

First time customer and very pleased! After having had several disappointing experiences with other florists in the West Chester area, with either boring arrangements or not so fresh and even wilted flowers, I decided it was time to try out a new florist. I decided to drop in to shop at Petals & Things on my way home from work recently, and I’m so glad I did! I had an amazing experience, from being greeted first walking in the door, to collaborating on a design, to receiving my flowers. Rosemary, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, as is David, whom I collaborated with to design a matching wrist corsage and boutonniere set for my son and his date for homecoming. David is a great listener and extremely artistic, very creative and talented!! With only a few photos of her dress and my son’s matching accessories, David was inspired to create the most beautiful and unique design to complement their outfits! He chose the loveliest seasonal greens and suggested some very unique tiny flowers to complement some sweetheart roses. Along with the flowers, the colors of ribbons and crystals he recommended, the arrangements were stunning—matched their outfits perfectly and looked gorgeous. I have never seen a prettier corsage and boutonniere! The flowers were so fresh when we picked them up, and they stayed fresh all night long! Petals & Things truly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with them again very soon!

Called Petals & Things this morning. My 1st time using this florist. We discussed what I wanted and within a few hours it was delivered. My neighbor sent a picture and her joy with the arrangement. Thank you for your help. I will be calling you again for my floral needs.

This place is amazing! I’ve gotten flowers from here multiple times and will never get any at any other place. I got this bouquet for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and Alan (I really hope I’m remembering that right😅) hooked me up. I told him what flowers my girlfriend liked and told him how much I was willing to spend and he delivered way beyond what I expected. Thank you so much again for such an amazing bouquet. Alan will definitely be invited to our eventual wedding and other events in the future❤️👍🏽

We found Petals & Things in the summer of ‘24 while planning our wedding and literally hit the lottery! Rosemary is so genuine and her talent and vision brought our entire wedding together… I had picked an unusual color scheme and she just transformed my vision into something so gorgeous! Each meeting was so warm and kind that I honestly felt like family. Everything was so perfect! We are literally customers for life now! I also ordered dance flowers for our kiddos in the fall and they were top tier, at a very reasonable price I might add. If you’re not going to this local small business for your flower/gift needs please start!! Absolutely amazing humans that create breathtaking arrangements!

Rosemary and her team did the flowers for my wedding this September. They turned out absolutely stunning and I got so many compliments!! I’m currently getting them preserved and can’t wait to see the final product. Unfortunately, it was difficult at times to get ahold of her via phone and so that is the only reason why I gave her four stars. But overall, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a very specific idea in mind and she absolutely nailed it to the T. She was very accommodating and responsive to all my suggestions in order to work within my budget. I would recommend this florist to any bride.
