I ordered a flower bouquet by phone from out of state for my girlfriend. The letter that came with my delivery read “For all the ways you bring light to my life, I hope this brings light top your !!”. I asked the employee who took my order to read the message back to me before I gave her my card information. The bouquet was very beautiful and the teddy bear was very cute. Same day delivery, affordable and overall a good purchase.
Edited: My apologies, I left a one star review out of anger when I was crossing the street and your SUV sped towards me and blocked the crosswalk. I realize that leaving a bad review for your business does not help my or your situation and doesn't make the world a safer place. When you hear on the radio visit Petal Pushers! Don’t! When pulling up your website it says same day and delivery. Hmm. Well I just drove 40 minutes to buy from your establishment, and then you say you need a week in advance and we wouldn’t get anything like what you were making in Vernon, TX. Strike 1. Then you don’t want to do the colors asked and say go look for yourself that’s the best you have. Strike 2. Then you’re upset that a teenager is excited to pick colors and wants to watch you say “I don’t have to be watched I’m doing my job!” Strike 3. How rude can you be? Yes, we walked out and went right down the road to Black Orchid. They didn’t care about a week in advance.. Wonder why? They are a business. They asked what we wanted made it in 10 minutes with a smile on their face and it’s beautiful. Did I mention it was what the customer asked for. Maybe you were overwhelmed with the small 2 flower bouquets you were selling for $40. Needless to say go to Black Orchid.

I have used Petal Pushers for years, over a decade for yearly flowers for my mothers birthday. I called today and they are booked up, which is absolutely no problem. They explained they are working on a funeral, I totally understand. No problem about that. I asked if there were other floral shops as it’s my mother’s birthday and I was needing to send her some flowers and I got told that he was not giving the information to the other floral shop north of town because he hasn’t been very nice to them. I explained that I don’t live there so I’m not able to go up there to see. I ended up speaking with Lisa who was very rude. She didn’t let me finish explaining what I needed (information to any flower shop) and I got told “We aren’t changing the policy for you” I never asked them to change their policy or have flowers available today. Just guidance and who is around town because I don’t live there. She then said “You’re young enough you can google it” very unprofessional and I will not be using or recommending this business.
