Our church had always used them for Sympathy flower arrangement so as me. They have great customer service. They made it happen eventhough we ordered very last minutes. They listen, give you suggestions and made it custom based on your needs. They delivered the flowers on time and even spend time to arrange for you. The flowers are fresh, smells good and last weeks. I cant ask for more. They deserve my 5 stars review.
I would normally never leave a bad review but this is crazy. The last pic is what I ordered, the first ones are what showed up. You can’t tell me these people didn’t just pick up a bouquet at the gas station and plop it in a vase. I can’t believe FTD would use this company.
