The cross arrangement I ordered for my mothers funeral was nothing like what was pictured. Kelle claimed that all the flowers in the description were used, which wasn't true. The arrangement was done cheaply, with cheap flowers and not worth the $150 charged.
I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement with Gladiolas and some greenery for a family members funeral. The reason I chose this arrangement was specifically for the beautiful Gladiolas. What was delivered was NOT what I ordered. What was delivered was an arrangement with Snap Dragons and some little white daisy flowers thrown in to "add more color". I called to discuss the quality and a price adjustment. I was told by the person who actual did the arrangement that she didn't have any Gladiolas and she added the little white daisy flowers to add more color. If anything, they made the arrangement look cheap. I stated the quality of the arrangement is no where near the price I paid. I was told she doesn't skimp on arrangements and the price was equal to what I ordered. What I ordered and what was delivered, are DRASTICALLY different. Not even on the same level. Very disappointed with the arrangement and the customer service. No willingness to offer any kind of refund or even an apology for our dissatisfaction with the arrangement delivered. If you don't have the flowers that were ordered, professionally, a call should have been made to discuss alternative flowers or potentially a different arrangement.
I called Kelle's shortly after reviewing hers and a few other florists' websites. I found out about a friend's sudden passing, 1-1/2 work days before the funeral. I'm not much of an order online person, so I called Kelle's and had to leave a message. Within 15 minutes the owner called and we talked about my needs. What wonderful service!! My friend loved red carnations and yellow daisies. Kelle's was able to help me out in a pinch! She delivered the very next day a beautiful arrangement that exceeded my imagination. I had reviewed the cost of several nearby florists and none, and I mean zero, came close to her prices or even showing something on tbeir website as creative as the arrangement received. I highly recommend Kelle's for ALL your floral needs. She's a locally owned florist so the flowers are really fresh. You can tell by talking with her she loves her job. Thank you, thank you Kelle's!!
Ordered flowers through a funeral home for a service. Kelle’s flowers prepared and delivered a completely different arrangement than what was ordered. Tried to discuss with Kelle but refused to offer even partial refund. I completely understand that substitutions happen, but the entire arrangement was different. Kelle explained that getting the types of flowers I ordered were difficult. If that is the case, why even have as an option? Completely embarrassed by the arrangement. I do not recommend.
I wish this review was positive. I seldom leave negative reviews. They gave the completely wrong arrangement to the funeral; but what's worse - several of the white carnations were brown. I was the first one there upon delivery. Several stems were broken with wilted roses. Also, this arrangement was specifically to contain no pink (a color the deceased did not like). This arrangement was very large, and the focal point of the stage. This business added to my friend's grief. I've also included my text correspondence. The owner thinks an apology is enough. The photos below are of browning, wilting, bruised flowers in a single arrangement, taken within 20 minutes of delivery.
