The designs are beautiful. Customer service is excellent and personable. I really can't say enough good things about Alma's Flowes in Newcastle. Amye was wonderful to work with . She did the flowers for my granddaughters wedding and they couldn't have been more beautiful. She listened to everything I asked for, added her special touch and they were amazing! I highly recommend them!
I purchased some flowers the employees are friendly and courteous and within 3 days they were already wilting and turning brown and by day 5 they are completely dead. I have never had flowers go brown so fast especially on Valentine’s Day..
i called at 1pm to get flowers delivered expecting they wouldn’t be able to deliver them same day due to how late i called. the lady on the phone was extremely sweet and helpful and made the ordering process a breeze. the flowers were delivered by 3pm. i was more than happy with the whole process, from placing the order to the super nice lady delivering the flowers. i will definitely be using Alma’s for any future flower needs!!
Arrangement was beautiful , however, they sent flowers that were completely bloomed open after telling me they just received a flower shipment. Therefore, they are only going to last a few days. Petals are already drooping on the ranunculus.
