I initially was happy with the responsiveness of this business. They sent a lovely arrangement to my best friend in a timely manner. They even called because there seemed to be some issue with my credit information going through. However, I was charged twice for this arrangement. I have called them and left messages but have gotten no response regarding this mistake. I am only writing this negative review in hopes that they will see this and finally respond to me. If they get this straightened then I will say that they are a good option for flowers in Norman.
