I received what I thought was a very pretty arrangement from my Best Friend for my Birthday. Sadly enough it looked horrible the next day. I watered the arrangement good and let it set for a day. It still looked sad & wilted so I checked it good & some of the flowers were not even in the oasis or reaching any water. The fern was turning yellow, the sunflowers were dead, the small purple flowers had turned brown. Some of the flowers stems were broken so they could not possibly get water. Stems on all the flowers were turning brown, so I had to take them out & trim their end & then make sure that they could reach the water. Perhaps this arrangement had been in the cooler for quite sometime, it looked like a possibility. When people from out of town place and order, is this what they pay good money for?? An arrangement like this should last more than 2 days, don't you think? I'm very disappointed 😞.
From North Carolina we ordered flowers for a baby shower in Pryor. When we picked up the order we had questions. When we placed out concerns, our questions were addressed in a very professional and caring manner. We left with a color specific array of flowers that were beautiful for center pieces! The shop it’s self has many options for gifts too. We would use Robin’s Nest again and will recommend it to others.
After a terrible experience with 'another' florist, Robin's Nest was a breath of fresh air! The young lady who assisted me, Hailey, was so kind and helpful! She arranged what I had wanted from the first florist and kept it all within my budget. Afterward, a beautiful photo of the arrangement was sent to reassure me!
