Not impressed. My husband wanted to surprise me on my last day of radiation. He looked online and thought he found a florist near my work. He chose the arrangement from their pictures and ordered the medium size version with a balloon and pink ribbon. Pic one was the pictures he chose. Pic 2 is what I got. No balloon, no pink ribbon and no name of who it was from. So I sent a pic to him asking if he sent me flowers and he said that is nothing like what I ordered and I paid extra for a balloon. I call Burnetts and they apologized for forgetting the balloon but said the order came thru am online order and its best to call them directly. My husband paid $107 and this looks like something we could pick up from the grocery store.

My husband ordered me flower for Mother’s Day and spent around $110 after tax/delivery from 1-800 Flowers who then sourced it to our local florist. He was super excited and happy to pay the price for what he thought I was going to receive and was very disappointed by what was delivered. He told me that he could have easily gotten these flowers for $15/$20 from Walmart like any other day, but wanted to get me something special for Mother’s Day. Not to mention, some of the flowers were wilted and fixing to die.

Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!! I had the worst experience ever here and I'm extremely disappointed. So before reading the reviews I placed an order and the picture attached is what I purchased which were the premium flowers which was also supposed to come with that particular vase. The other picture attached is what I received and I am beyond disappointed!! This place should be SHUT DOWN!! Do not purchase your flowers from here you will be extremely disappointed. On top of all of this I had canceled this order only for them to still deliver and charge my account, the only reason I did not call my bank is because my grandmother liked the flowers but I know what she was supposed to receive versus what she actually received. What a disappointment!!! These people are terrible and they never pick up the phone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to purchase your flowers. They are a complete and total ripoff. The flowers that I received are the smaller flowers on the right.

I would be embarrassed if I had to deliver something that was supposed to look so beautiful but looked so pathetic! I ordered them to be delivered on my sisters birthday but they were left on her front porch the following day without her balloons. I actually googled same day flower delivery in Tulsa Oklahoma and ordered through a company called Ava Flowers but some how ended up with these jokers. Stay clear of both Ava’s flowers online ordering and Burnetts. You’d be better off picking your own flowers from field and making your own delivery!!

I really wish I could give zero stars. My sister was so thoughtful and ordered me flowers for my birthday. The order was $74 and she used a $10 off coupon and paid $64. This is what came. And this is what she ordered. The $10 flowers my husband bought me from Walmart are much nicer than the ones this florist tried to pass off as what she ordered. I’ve called multiple times to talk to someone. The girl told me to call the 3rd party who took the order. I want the florist held accountable. It is not flowers.com that tried to pass off this garbage, it was the florist. Have yet to get a call back. I will keep calling to request they reimburse my sister her money.
