Edible Arrangements

So I placed a order over the phone before Mother's Day only for my sister to pick up the flowers and they literally gave them to me in a dollar store vase. She was supposed to receive the vase that had all of the flowers on it but the young lady had explained to me that they had ran out of supplies for that particular base and that they would be replacing it with the vase that said I love you on it that you could replace with different options. I was highly disappointed because the quality of the vase was not up to standard with what I was charged. I expected the vase that I was told I would get which was the vase that said I love you on it. I have always been a customer of edible arrangements and because of this issue I will probably never purchase from them again. You guys are not cheap so people expect to get what they pay for. What a disappointment. But the flowers were beautiful So I had to update my review because edible arrangements reached out and they fixed the issue. They refunded me back the money for the vase and I'm extremely appreciative. Thank you so much for making this right for me 🙏🏾

I just have to say how impressed I was with the customer service the ladies at this store provided both was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. It really makes a difference when people take the time to make you feel appreciated! And the fruit… absolutely delicious! Everything was so fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they put love and care into what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered the “Best Dad Ever” platter from Edible Arrangements ($117 total), expecting exactly what was advertised—large, festive balloons, a well-presented tray, and overall thoughtful packaging for a special Father’s Day surprise. Instead, they ran out of the large trays and Father’s Day balloons, and without even attempting to contact me, they decided to throw together a sloppy arrangement in two small crates. As if that wasn’t enough, they casually asked me if heart and smiley face emoji balloons would be an acceptable replacement. Really? For a Father’s Day gift? What kind of service thinks it’s okay to make major changes to an order without notifying the customer? When I asked to speak with the manager, she refused to come out because she was “in a meeting.” Unbelievable. This company clearly does not value its customers. If you’re spending over $100 for a thoughtful gift, take your business somewhere else—somewhere that respects your time, your money, and your special occasion.

Purchased the Birthday wish-tini with cupcakes yesterday for my mom's birthday today. She got it already this morning and she loved it and said it tasted delicious. It also looked great. I was worried after I ordered due to some of the bad reviews but after her text realized I made the right choice ordering through here. I’ve been ordering from (or receiving!) Edible Arrangements for five years now, and they’ve become a special part of my birthday tradition. It actually started back when I was in college — my parents lived out of town but still wanted to make my day feel special. They would send an arrangement every year, and it always arrived beautifully made, fresh, and on time. Now, even as an adult, I still look forward to it. The fruit is always perfectly ripe, the presentation is gorgeous, and the staff is consistently friendly and reliable. You can tell they take pride in what they make. Whether you’re celebrating something big or just want to brighten someone’s day, this location has never once let me down. I’m grateful for the joy they’ve added to my birthdays year after year. Highly recommend!
