I walked in on short notice looking for a special bouquet and despite a busy day Jay graciously stopped to accommodate me with a stunning bunch of blooms. My friend's day was made by these fresh flowers and Jay was really pleasant to talk to as he asked about her preferences and colors and put this custom piece together. I would love to be back again!
I don’t usually write reviews but I had too. I live in Houston and ordered Flowers yesterday for my daughter to have for Valentine’s Day. She just moved to Tulsa and I did not know who to contact. So I decided to go with Willow Tree. First the young lady that handle my call was so professional and kind. I was nervous because it was the day before and wasn’t sure if she would get them on time but She assured me they would get there. My daughter called me two hours after job started and she was so excited about her Flowers and how beautiful they were. She sent me photo below and I am so please with Willow Tree. They not only give great service but they kept their word. Thank you Willow for making this day special for my baby girl
I received the most gorgeous arrangement from The Willow Tree for my birthday. Absolutely stunning. The designer was given freedom to create as this was a Designer Choice option and I couldn’t be happier.
My grandma received some beautiful flowers from The Willow Tree and I told my husband how much I loved them so he bought some for our anniversary. A week later they still looked beautiful. I never leave ratings, but I can’t resist on this one. I’d give this place a negative rating if I could. I ordered a premium Divine Peace Bouquet from the Moore Funeral Home website for my uncle’s memorial service that I wasn’t able to attend due to being across the country. This was not cheap. I had the unfortunate experience of Willow Tree filling the order. I will show you what I paid for versus what I received and you can make your own conclusions before selecting this joke of a place. The fact that the sales representative was defending what they sent is really telling as well.
