Kara was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was so helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. This was the only place in town where I could find saddles, and I’m so glad I stopped in. Even though I came in just five minutes before closing, she never once made me feel rushed. Instead, she took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure every detail was taken care of. Her customer service truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for her help and will definitely be returning because of the wonderful experience she provided!
Tulsa only has two floral wholesalers in town and Valley is definitely my choice. Going there is like going to see family. They are always incredibly welcoming, with good attitudes and good vibes all around. They do their best to make sure your shopping experience is a great one. If they find you’ve picked out a bunch with even one broken stem they go and pull you another one to make sure you get the very best. Highly recommend as they go above and beyond!
Kara and all of the staff are wonderful! She goes above and beyond to help me, even after hours! All the flowers I have ever received have been top quality. And IF there’s ever an issue she clears it up immediately. Highly recommend valley floral!
