I’ve been a Flowerama customer for years, and I want to highlight what a massive improvement I’ve noticed since the company changed owners in May 2025. The difference is truly night and day. The quality of the flowers has improved dramatically—arrangements are fresher, fuller, and last far longer than they used to. You can tell great care is being put into selecting and preparing each bouquet. What stood out just as much is the fantastic customer service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure you receive exactly what you’re looking for. It feels like they’ve put real heart into rebuilding the customer experience, and it shows. If you haven’t visited Flowerama recently, it’s absolutely worth giving them another try. The new ownership has transformed the shop into a place I’m excited to support again.

My wife was very pleased and we want to recognize Flowerama's effort here. Ordering online was simple, they put together a beautiful bouquet and delivered the very next day. What made this experience more special, however, was how they handled delivery. Being somewhat a novice in buying-flowers, I wasn't sure how they were going to pull this off. We're in the middle of a very hot stretch (95-100 degrees each day), and I learned my wife was out running errands when Flowerama was ready to deliver. They called her, traded text messages (she was in a meeting) and made arrangements to stop by after she finished. The flowers came in cold water, and all looked healthy. The color selection is exactly what she wanted - and now, nearly a week later, they're all in full bloom. Wonderful experience - thanks for making me look so good, and for delivering such a beautiful gift!
