I had the best experience sending a congratulations bouquet to my best friend for the grand opening of her business. The sales associate, Raven, suggested the Black Label collection to send a statement bouquet and it did not disappoint!! She was very helpful and well informed about how the bouquet was made. They did a spectacular job!! I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you!!!
This absolutely beautiful flower bouquet was delivered to us by Beaverton Florists. We were highly impressed! I received so many compliments on the stunning, vivid color combination. The delivery driver was very nice.
The flowers were lovely, the balloon was fun, and Oscar the cat inspected it and gave it 5 stars! A hit all around as a birthday bouquet!
The arrangement was beautiful as always, but I really wanted to praise the delivery person. She rang the doorbell, and my wife was unable to come to the door, so she left the arrangement in a delivery crate on our doorstep and phoned my wife so she would know that it was in there. That was most considerate service, thank you!
I received a flower bouquet that included yellowing browning roses and some stems with dried up dead flowers. A bouquet anyone would receive and wonder how it was okay for it to go out for delivery. I felt terrible to have to call but I did. I have to say they were responsive and sent another bouquet. Appearing fresher however I'm attaching pictures of what happened to the big flower as we got into night time hours of the same day of the flowers delivery, and as I'm watching this big flower drop petals, I'm thinking that is not a fresh flower! Fresh flowers don't do that. I'm very disappointed because the Beaverton florist has had a good reputation, and I understand things can happen. But 2 bouquets with dead or dying flowers? While I experienced excellent customer service from the proprietor, the dead or dying flowers were disappointing, especially considering these things don't come cheap. The first 2 pics are from the first bouquet. The second 2 pics are today's delivery. Seriously?
