I live in Birchwood, Alaska and when I called the floral department to place an order going to Canby the woman who answered was so polite and had the greatest customer service. I was worried that the gentleman I was ordering flowers for wouldn't be at home and she guaranteed me that she would call before she personally delivered the flowers. She not only called to verify that he was home but when he sent me a picture of the arrangement I was astounded at how beautiful and full it was! Up here flowers are expensive since you have to have them shipped, but I recognized most of the flowers that were put into the arrangement. She did such a beautiful job and was so courteous to me. I would recommend Cutsforth Floral to everyone I know! I'm proud to call Canby my home town and to say that they do wonderful work. Thank you so much!! I'll definitely be calling the floral department again soon!

Cutsforth’s floral went ABOVE and BEYOND for me, I am so overwhelmed by their kindness. I am in Texas and needed to send flowers to a dear friend after a loss. I placed an order with a company called Ava’s flowers. After taking my money they emailed me the DAY of delivery saying they can’t deliver, but offered me a 15% off coupon for my next order?? I was out $200. I called local florists but they would not deliver to Hubbard. I was so upset- all I wanted was to be there for my friend but I couldn’t, flowers were my way to hug her. A few minutes before closing, I got a hold of Cutsforth’s floral department and the sweet woman took time to listen to what happened. She said she would take care of us. I gave her the price of my original order and she told me that was way too much. I was not able to pick out a bouquet so I had to trust her blindly. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! The bouquet is stunning… I truly am speechless at the love and care that went into creating it. They didn’t have to do this… I am in Texas. They could have used all of their flowers that were going bad, but they truly took care of me and most importantly put a smile on my friends face during a time of grief. - I am unable to post a video of the bouquet but I was able to on their FB reviews!
