Flowers arrived to the church for the memorial service 5 minutes before it began. We were told they would be delivered an hour ahead. We had already went to Safeway and bought flowers by the time the ones we ordered arrived. When the flowers arrived the delivery person just set them inside the door and did not speak to anyone. They were smaller and completely different than what we ordered. For $114 we should have received much better service. Very disappointed.
