The flowers were absolutely beautiful and artfully arranged. Ordered first thing in the morning and by mid-afternoon they were delivered, same day. Will definitely order from Flowers by Zsuzsana again!
Very disappointed in this bouquet I received From my sweet husband for my birthday. They were hardly fragrant which seemed odd and sadly, barely lasted 4 days before drooping - all roses didn’t even fully open. Put them on our table with indirect sunlight. Refilled the water twice in 4 days and still they wilted and didn’t fully bloom as expected. Sorry to say but will not recommend this florist. I’ve received hardier roses from the grocery store. UPDATE: For the record, these pictures were taken on day 4. Typically roses come with a food packet and if there were specific water change instructions required from these high CO2 footprint roses which would have likely NEVER been purchased in the first place, had my husband known or had they been advertised as such, we would have certainly followed them. Now that I know the source of these roses I get the feeling that maybe you were trying to unload them since you knew that their expiration date was quickly arriving. So to spend $135 on this bouquet of roses is absolutely criminal and I merely shared my review out of courtesy to other potential buyers. To the owner who replied, WOW, your insensitivity and lack of professionalism not to mention empathy, is truly astonishing. Not to mention insensitive. Customer Service is key. For you to call out that this was a last-minute order should NOT have any reflection on the quality of the goods and the service YOU provide, but clearly it does and we will not be using your services again nor recommending your shop.
