The Flower Gallerie of Junction City

Bill did an absolutely beautiful arrangement and worked within my budget which was half of the price of a similar arrangement ready for delivery on the counter! Just a sweet little old man who has a real art of arranging flowers!

Placed an order for a vased arrangement to be picked up for a birthday I was unable to attend. I was at work & received this pic from my sister “here’s your flowers “ they were not in a vase, she had to find a vase at the venue. Was not the value of what I ordered either. This was so embarrassing! I called and spoke to Bill and he wanted us to “bring back the flowers” I told him no that they were already at the party and he should have never let that mess leave his shop! After I told him I used to own my own flower shop and was not going to accept his excuses for the flowers and that his quality and customer service was appalling he said he would refund my money if I come to pick it up. (Should of been able to refund my card) I live out of town so I asked a family member to stop in on Monday and pick up my refund and she called and said the shop looks like a junk store, dirty and stinks, flowers are not even kept in a cooler and he took out his wallet and handed her my refund then proceeded to ask for the flowers back. Flower Gallerie used to be the nicest & most reputable shop in Junction City for years, Bill has lost that 100%! I will never use Flower Gallerie again! Order from My Painted Garden.

Ill be honest, I was skeptical of how everything would turn out with the flowers after a getting several quotes from other shops, we stopped into the flower gallery and we were quoted less than half the price then then the next lowest quote and for more flowers and arrangements. As we were paying for the entire wedding ourselves and were fast approaching our budget we decided to go with the flower gallery. I am ashamed to have been skeptical now that everything is all over. The flowers were absolutely stunning and full and brought our entire wedding together so beautifully I could not have imagined it. Thank you for making our wedding so gorgeous and stunning. Id recommend 10000%.

I came into Bill‘s flower store a few days ago after a very challenging day and told him that I would just please like a beautiful bouquet of flowers. He asked me my price range, & as he built the bouquet , he showed me the different flowers he was putting in and talked to me about them their names, their properties, their scents… This is a gentleman who knows and loves flowers, and I could not have stopped at a better place, nor been helped by a better florist, for the boost he gave to my mental health that day. Thank you for what you do!!

Appalling service! My mother called in and paid for an order of flowers to be delivered to my father’s celebration of life. An hour prior to services and the flowers still had not arrived. She called in and was told her order had been lost. She was already dealing with the loss of her husband but suddenly was faced with no flowers for the guest sign-in book or a bouquet next to his photo. He finally showed up with flowers 15 minutes before services were to start. None of it was what she ordered. She had been specific on flower species. What she got was a potted plant in a well used pot that was cracked. A bouquet of flowers that were colors she had said she didn’t want and a vase of a dozen red roses he originally said were from someone else. The next day she called to address the issues and ask who had sent the roses. He said they were part of the flowers he put together to cover her order. She later reviewed her refund and noticed he had charged her credit card for more than the original quote. When she called back in again, he stated the original quote was only for one bouquet, not the two she had ordered. He then stated he gave her a good deal because he threw in the roses that were a $100 value. This business was the go to floral shop for every occasion when I grew up in Junction City. My family resided in JC for 50 years. I had hoped it was a fluke, but then read other reviews. Unbelievable that it is still operating after this experience.
