They missed my call, but I can say they’re the first business that actually called me back — real magic outside of Hogwarts! They delivered my order in less than an hour. The shop associate was extremely professional and friendly, and put together everything I needed in just a few simple steps. You can tell this business truly cares about its customers and its reputation. I’ll be happy to recommend them to all my friends and to anyone looking for high-quality flower arrangements. Another florist canceled our order. I contacted Lake O. Floral and that same morning she was able to assist us with a funeral spray, but she also asked for the picture of the one order that was canceled and made a funeral spray that was similar. Wonderful company and I can't say enough Thank You for what she did to make a beautiful work of art heart spray in the blue and white colors. She's amazing and her artistry is devine. Best florist that I've found in years.I would definitely call again if I needed flowers.

I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience with Lake O. Floral! I initially ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend from another company, but that delivery was delayed due to inclement weather. I needed delivery today to surprise my friend for her birthday so I was scrambling for a 2nd option last night. I found this company during a Google search, and then contacted them after hours via their Instagram page and got an immediate response! Talk about customer service! I called Lake O Floral this morning, and Nadia promptly answered my call. I confirmed that she could provide same-day delivery and we discussed details about my selection of the Designer’s Choice bouquet. The ordering process was simple and fast online, and I was able to customize a few touches. She sent me a video after the bouquet was completed and a few pictures after bouquet was delivered. I must give Lake O Floral their glowing review. They made an arrangement for us on the fly on a Sunday morning after our other order canceled. There was a miscommunication during the day about how many arrangements were supposed to be ordered but they took care of us in that regard too.
