I was skeptical about ordering from here, and honestly not surprised when the order wasn’t correct and clearly thrown together. However, I called Valentine’s Day, to check on my order, and was assured it would be delivered. It was. Then today because it was wrong. Both times the representative was attentive and kind. They replaced the entire order and delivered it to the school before closing. Thank you! I am confident in they are doing their best and will order and recommend them. First picture is the replacement then the original. ***edit*** the pictures are reserved.
So disappointed in this. My fiance ordered a cute little vase with flowers and this is what we got. Not at all like the picture.
Well, the packaging was wonderful! That’s the only positive thing I have to say. I opened the box and leaned in for a delicious whiff of chocolate goodness. Mold. It smelled like mold. I ate a strawberry (which had wilted sad leaves) and it tasted like faint mold. But nothing visible. I ate an apple. It tasted like faint mold. Two days later, after keeping the box in the fridge, I tried a banana. It was brown and mushy moldy nastiness covered in chocolate. I spit it out. We threw the box away. Don’t waste your money.
I received a bereavement arrangement from thoughtful friends. The delivery person left the arrangement in the full sun so that when I found it it was a melted chocolate mess of runny fruit that had to go straight in the trash. I tried to call the phone number on the receipt and got a run around of "Press this number for...." and never able to talk to a person. I tried to give feedback on the website which required an order number but wouldn't accept the order number on the tag so I couldn't even leave feedback. I would never buy from this company.
I know I’m going against the grain with this review but I had a good experience. I ordered for my friend’s birthday and it was seamless. I ordered online the week before and it was delivered to her work today. She said everything was good, she loved the chocolate covered strawberries and made sure to put the fruit in the fridge to stay cold. I’m taking off a star just for the flowers, I felt they could have been better for price but overall I’m happy.
