I'm on the east coast, and after a complete fail on the part of another florist to deliver a plant to a memorial service in Portland on April 27 (and not notifying us until the 29th), Market Street went above and beyond. Originally ordered to be delivered on May 1st, when I found out the person was leaving town that morning, Market Street stepped up and delivered it on the 30th. They sent photos of the item we ordered and sent confirmation of delivery.
