This spot is a neighborhood staple for me—if I’m looking for a hostess gift, a birthday treat for someone, or just a random treat for myself, this is my first stop. Everyone working the counter has been so friendly and helpful, and everything on offer is so special and such good quality. Highly recommend stopping in!
Randomly strolled into this place while snagging some goodies at Powell’s books and I loved it! The staff was super helpful on directing me to the types of chocolates I was looking for, and provided me their own recommendations. One in particular was a dark chocolate that had flavorings of kumquats. Turns out that chocolate brought back childhood memories for them in during their time in France! I will definitely be back!!

Love The Meadow and love the Hawthorne location! Great chocolate selection. I love all the uniques flavors and local bars. I'm also a huge fan of the truffle salt for popcorn! My partner gets my Bday and Vday gifts here every year because they customer service is fabulous and the products are absolutely wonderful!
