The bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The yellow roses were my sister‘s favorite rose picked her spirit up only wish that I could’ve chosen two different balloons rather than two get wells would’ve liked to have had one say get well and the other say love you since we are states apart and she has been down other than that - Her flowers did sit outside her door no fault of the florist till I called and they delivered them, but if I were to write on the service of your Florist shop and the flowers they were perfect thank you.
Great customer service on phone, did an amazing job of arranging flowers. Only thing was not getting the person name that is was being delivered to and on card spelt name wrong and was late getting delivered from the communication that I was made. Even with this I still would most definitely order flowers again from them. Thank you!
The staff were SO helpful and responsive to our last minute request for a bouquet with Hydrangeas and pink, blue and white accents. We stopped by and shared our ideas and within an hour the same day they had this beautiful bouquet ready for us! And it was absolutely stunning!
I placed a late afternoon flower order for my sweet daughter with Olson Florist. I live in Atlanta, GA and my daughter lives in Salem, OR. Everything from initial phone call to delivery was awesome. The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I really wanted Tulips and they had three colors for me to choose from. (I chose pink and yellow) It was getting late in the day and I asked for same day delivery....and they made it happen. I received an order confirmation after I got off the phone and an email confirmation once they had dropped off my order. What an awesome experience from start to finish..my daughter sent me pix and she was SO happy...which made her Mama happy! They were exactly what I wanted and exactly what was delivered. I have had terrible experience in the past with "BIG" company flower shops who charge more but deliver less and look nothing like the pix. Olson Florist saved the day and helped make my daughter smile. Thank you from Atlanta, GA! Five stars all the way around!
