Our floral arrangements for our wedding were gorgeous, very reasonably priced, and fully serviced! Tristin and her team were easy to work with and they were so flexible and accommodating to make sure that our flowers were delivered and picked up without me having to lift a finger. My expectations were far beyond surpassed and we absolutely loved how beautiful and vibrant they were. I would 100% recommend them as a vendor especially for large events!
Every year for my daughter's birthday, she sends me flowers as a thank you for giving birth to her. The last 2 yrs she purchased from this florist. I must say their flowers are stunning. And, the arrangement showcases their immense talent. You can only imagine my delight to receive such a beautiful bouquet from my extremely thoughtful baby girl. Highly recommend these folks!
I almost used a large chain company for flowers delivered to my wife's work, but many very poor reviews spooked me, so I tried Chase, sight unseen, and was very pleased by the competent, kind, informative phone customer service, easy website order, and beautiful arrangement that was delivered! The "Wintercreek Drive" was an excellent arrangement, and was a little bigger and more beautiful than the website photo. My card wasn't charged until delivery, and the delivery instructions I left were followed perfectly.
Their website may be a little unpolished, but they were perfect! The customer service was amazing, didnt charge my card till they got a hold of me to be sure i was satisfied. A wonderful girl helped me, im so bad with names im so sorry. The flowers were beautiful, we went with the violets basket and its the cutest arrangement I've ordered anywhere! 3 different colors and just darling. Worth every penny, if I have needs in the city again (I am out of town and ordering was easy peasy!) I will use no one else. Thank you again! She loved them.
