I’m not one to leave reviews, whether bad or good, but this I feel like I have to leave a review of. I ordered a specific flower package for a specific reason with specific colors… The colors that were received and the quality of flowers were not even close to what the picture was. Completely different arrangement, vase, mismatching colors, half wilted flowers, etc. Like I said I understand that things happen, but with this many substitutes I feel like a phone call and possibly an arrangement change option would’ve been the right pathway.
Wishing Well Flowers made my vision a reality. I wanted them to be bright and cheerful for a memorial service and they were beyond what I had imagined. They listened very carefully to specific details that I wanted and made it happen. I highly recommend this florist, and I’m so grateful and happy with how they turned out.
