I got a cactus back in 2023 in a beautiful jar, and I still have it to this day. I love it because it’s such a low-maintenance plant. The store itself is gorgeous, filled with a variety of creative and stunning plants. They even offer fun classes where you can bring your little ones and craft something unique from scratch
I had such a great time at this Plant & Sip! I had booked for a group of four for a surprise birthday gift for my friend. Great for a group activity and it was also byob which is a great addition. It was a perfect mix of fun, education, and hands-on learning and building our terrarium. The shop owner hosted our session, and she was absolutely amazing, welcoming, friendly, and full of energy. She made everyone feel comfortable and excited to learn. My group walked away with new plant knowledge, a beautiful creation, and an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
We recently booked a party for girls’ night out at Sterner’s Stems. We had an absolute blast creating our terrariums with the help of owner, Melissa. Melissa is very knowledgeable and made the experience fun. Highly recommend this unique shop and the opportunity to create something amazing. BYOB was an added bonus
My wife, daughter, and I visited last night and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Melissa welcomed us as if we were family. While the products are great, the real reason to visit is Melissa herself—her positivity, incredible work ethic, and sense of humor are so inspiring. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel so valued. Thank you, Melissa, for your time and for making our night so special! My daughter was truly inspired by you.
What an experience!!! The fiance and I have been talking about Terrariums for longer than I'd like to admit without ever actually doing one. Her birthday was coming up so I googled "build your own Terrarium near me" and wound up finding Sterner's Stems! The website said reach out for pricing but I was not too concerned about that (but boy are they so very fairly priced!!) - more concerned with understanding what I was to expect. It did take a bit to find the best method of contact but I am so glad I persisted. Owner had a busy week and was able to answer all my questions just in time! So naturally, now I'm excited! We're about to get our Terrarium on!! We show up today and they had a "Happy Birthday" sign ready for us! That was sweet and started to set the stage for what we signed up for. I signed up for a Terrarium Bar "date" - what I got was an EXPERIENCE! Both Melissa and Aaliyah are such personable, hysterical and kind humans. They showed us the process while making jokes and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We had a blast. There was just the right amount of (freedom) hands-on, support, and involvement throughout. We had so much fun and really felt like we were hanging out with friends and doing an activity together. We left with a beautiful, unique creation and some great memories. This was one of the best date-night / birthday experiences I've been a part of. Hell yeah, Sterner's Stems!! 🤠
