I'm thoroughly disappointed with the flowers that I ordered from this shop and will never buy from them again. I ordered a winter arrangement from the website (shown in the attached photos) in the deluxe version. Unfortunately, what I received was nowhere near how it was supposed to look, as many of the flowers displayed on the website were not included, and the color palette is only white instead of white and blue. In fact, the vase does not even match how it appears on the website. Additionally, the quality of flower is poor, with one flower in particular being completely dead, and several others starting to decay. I feel as if the owner simply used white flowers from another arrangement (ie, wedding or funeral) and did not hesitate to use them again for the arrangement that I ordered. To anyone considering using this shop: I highly recommend that you look elsewhere. Especially considering that I paid ~$90 for this disastrous arrangement and it was intended as an anniversary gift.
Had an awesome time at the flower shop creating arrangements for my mom’s retirement party! Gene was incredible—his communication leading up to the event was clear and helpful, and he was so welcoming, even letting us set up a few decorations. Making the flower arrangements was such a fun experience, and the shop smelled amazing (of course!). The space had such a charming, personal touch—it made the day feel really special. Highly recommend!
We want to extend a huge thank you to Ambler Flower Shop for hosting an incredible Friendship Day 2024! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the booking process was so easy. With a large group, attention to detail was crucial, and the Ambler Flower Shop went above and beyond. Every one of the ladies in our group had an absolutely fantastic time! Special thanks to Clover, our wonderful teacher, who guided us through creating beautiful centerpieces. While we enjoyed snacks and wine, Clover and Gene were hard at work packaging each centerpiece for us to take home. They made sure everything was perfect for us. Jackie and I have a tradition of planning Friendship Day, and every year, our friends say we outdo ourselves. Thanks to Gene and Clover, this year was no exception! We couldn't have shined brighter. On Saturday, we had a wedding for my son and now daughter in law, and Ambler Flower Shop provided the flowers. Gene and his team did an absolutely fantastic job! From the gazebo arrangements on the draperies to the boutonnières on the groomsman, he provided fresh beautiful flowers everywhere and anywhere we requested. He added fresh flowers to the cake, runners down the farm house tables, and had plenty of ideas as to where he could add touches in little spots that we didn't even think about. He communicated well with us and our venue, and never seemed bothered by any changes or stumbling blocks. Gene's prices were incredibly reasonable and I would use him again for any event that I was hosting! Five stars and many thanks to Gene and Ambler Flower Shop!
