What a wonderful flower shop with attentive staff. My wife and I got or wedding arrangements there and were so impressed by their beauty and longevity. But Bloom's is not just for flowers, they have a great gift shop with choices for every occasion. Highest recommendation I can give.
We used Blooms for our wedding and were absolutely thrilled. We had a beer theme wedding so we asked them to incorporate hops into the design that we had bought online and they did awesome. We did our own centerpieces but Mark and his staff put together two beautiful arrangements that they made to fit in barrels that were a part of our arbor. They were beautiful and exactly what we picture- if not better. He also incorporated the hops into my bouquet and all the boutonnieres. They were willing to meet with us several times to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They were very punctual the day of and great at getting everything set up efficiently. I was also happy that the bouquets arrived in water because it kept them from wilting before picture and ceremony. They stayed beautiful all night long and for days to follow. Everything was perfect and I wouldn't have them change a thing. They were great to work with!

I had an incredible experience thanks to their dedication to customer service, especially from a delivery associate named Faith, who went above and beyond to ensure I received my flowers. Faith arrived at my address before I got home and went out of her way to try to deliver the flowers safely. She attempted to leave them with a neighbor and even at the leasing office, but neither option worked. Instead of leaving the flowers unattended or giving up, she called me to explain the situation and waited for me to get home. When I told her I was just a few minutes away, she realized she had been sent to my previous address. Despite this, she insisted on driving to my current location to hand-deliver the flowers rather than asking me to come pick them up. Her persistence and kindness were truly exceptional! Faith’s dedication left such a positive impression that I INSISTED on showing some generosity. I got the sense that it was truly her pleasure to brighten my day. She even wished me a favorable day and left me feeling truly valued as a customer. Blooms by Vickery clearly values excellent service, and I highly recommend them for their beautiful flowers and outstanding commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction!
I stopped in here on a weekday afternoon looking for flowers to give for a birthday. The store is beautiful and there were several ready-made arrangements. I was looking for something on a smaller scale without a case and with a specific budget in mind. I was helped by Marissa and she was awesome at putting together a small bouquet. She was friendly and quick and the end result was beautifully done. This was my first time in the shop but now I know where to go if I need something in the future.
