I was very pleased with the assortment that was sent to a funeral. Even though some of the flowers in the arrangement I picked were no longer in season. She added others that were just as nice. I would definitely use them again.
I ordered by phone from out of state. My elderly mother wanted "three roses and whatever else looks good" in a bouquet for a friend. The person taking my call was pleasant and courteous. I gave room for delivery in the next couple of days and the bouquet was delivered that same day (this was the end of April). The recipient loves the arrangement. The cost is on par with other florists and maybe even better. Very pleased and would use this florist again.
I live in MD and ordered flowers for Geisinger Hospital delivery. The customer service and kind employees here are so wonderful. Overnight they special ordered me tulips, texted me photo and had them delivered the next day.
I got the most beautiful cremation wreath from Bird Florist 2 weeks ago. It was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. It made my heart so happy to think of how impressed my mom would be with it! I sent them a picture of the urn with a beach scene and told her my moms favorite flowers. She imaginged and created such a beautiful beach themed arrangement to go with it. It even had seashells in it! I cannot reccomend them enough for any floral need!
