Used this place for 20+ years. Now they want to call the day before delivering every time. Kind of ruins the surprise don't you think? For 19 years they never did this I complained about it the last time and they said make sure you fill out the deliver instructions and they will not need do that. So I did fill out everything about when the wife will be home (she works from home) and the best times to avoid and they still called the day before. I called the shop to complain and explained I filled everything out and the woman who answered and identified herself as the owner did not care at all. She literally laughed many times during the conversation saying they do it because people list the wrong address. I get they can't waste time running around but then have a wrong address fee for the extra time. Shouldn't the fact the credit card address and my home address matched show you the address is correct. Or the fact I have ordered flowers three times a year or more for 20 years. The delivery directions I listed were clear. The thing that upset me the most was the owner telling me something like, while I am the owner and people like it this way. Well obvious my opinion meant nothing to her because I don't like it that way. There was not even a slight attempt to hear me out, not at all. Why would you not expect the flowers to be a surprise on the special day. At least they could call the recipient right before they leave with them and not a full day before. And how are you an owner of a shop and laughing at a customer. With Birthdays, valentines, anniversaries, proms, we have spent thousands there, just to be laughed at when we have an issue. Update: I am changing this from 1 star to three because they did send me an apology letter and flowers saying they went back and the directions I put in did have times. But they still could have handled the call better.

Ordered two flower arrangements for my brothers graduation and paid a total of 100 dollars for two matching arrangements. The vases themselves were 15 dollars each meaning that there should have been 35 dollars worth of flowers in each arrangement. When I brought them back and said the arrangements really weren’t that full and didn’t look like 35 dollars worth the woman said to me “well roses are expensive.” And I said back “I didn’t ask for roses, I asked for a red and green arrangement. Not for red roses.” She then said “well roses are red.” And I said “again I didn’t ask for roses just a red and green arraignment.” She never said sorry or said something like “I should have asked if you wanted expensive flowers or a full arraignment made from cheaper ones.” Instead she pulled out three roses and added two to the one arrangement and then one to the other. Absolutely did not want to hear that I did not ask for the most expensive flowers I just asked for a red and color scheme. Roses are not the only flower that is red. The fact that I could have bought more flowers from grocery store and made a better arrangement myself is what truly upsets me. She didn’t want to hear me out or anything just said “well you didn’t want other colors like white.” Well ma’am there are other flowers besides roses that are red. Save your money and go to Walmart.

We are located in Knoxville, TN and needed a florist local to Hanover, PA. An employee's father passed away there and I found this florist through a website search. We wanted something to represent the father's faith and I asked about the Cane River Cross. I submitted a photo and they didn't have the exact same flowers. I said that it was okay and to use their creative ideas to do it. The shop texted me a photo of the end product and it was absolutely beautiful. Our daughter in Southern California found this place online and surprised me with a lovely bouquet of pink carnations and alstroemeria and they are absolutely as beautiful as when they arrived on our doorstep over a week ago. She ordered them Friday evening and they were delivered the very next morning, which is what she needed. Thank you!

I received a flower delivery on Monday and was really looking forward to enjoying the arrangement. Unfortunately, by the very next day the flowers had already begun to wilt. Today, the bouquet looks completely lifeless and I’m honestly really disappointed. The flowers were kept in a climate-controlled area and had plenty of fresh water, so the rapid decline was surprising and upsetting.
