Ordered flowers to be delivered to my fiance's workplace in Ebensburg. They were so friendly on the phone and did an absolutely stunning job with the arrangement! The delivery was on time and she was thrilled! Will surely be going here again. Thank you Rouse's!!
Got a VERY expensive vintage butterfly arrangement that was half done. No wrap inside container (camouflaging the ugly oasis) to showcase container, not enough flowers/fillers, weird stringy pieces of something. Edit: upon seeing review, Rouses called to rectify the situation.
Rouse’s Flower Shop Is amazing! They went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. They spent time with me to choose exactly what I wanted to send my sympathy’s to a family. By mistake I Gave them a delivery address that was not correct. Not only were they very understanding about the incorrect address but made several calls for me to find the correct address and did whatever they could to help me with my delivery! I would highly recommend this Florist! It was the first time I used them and will definitely use them in the future. Great customer service!
I needed to send flowers for a funeral that was two hours from my home. Upon the recommendation of the funeral home, I contacted Rouse Flowers, and I was very happy with the arrangement they sent for me! John who I spoke with, was very professional and kind; and put together exactly what I was hoping for! Might I say even better than expected?! The flowers were fresh and vibrant, and arranged beautifully! Additionally I had selected the arrangement that had a beautiful keepsake angel in the center! She looked beautiful nestled among the colored flowers. I would definitely use Rouse’s again; only wish they were near me so they could be my go to florist!
They just delivered beautiful flowers to my parents from all of us five children for their 65th wedding anniversary.
