The flowers were lovely and delivered as requested. We had a small issue with our order but they went above and beyond to fix it. They were great!
I absolutely appreciate this place. I called 1 hour before closing time to place an overnight order for a special occasion bouquet 💐 and they made it happen! Not only was it beautiful, but the lady who helped me was very helpful and patient with me. It was also affordable. Thank you to all the staff for your work, talent, and effort!
I got married on 12/29 and ordered this wedding bouquet a week in advance. The lady (young, 20s) who worked with me was super nice. I wanted sunflowers and that's all I knew I wanted. She suggested other flowers and together we came up with any that are red and orange. When I showed up on the 29th to pick it up, she recognized me right away and said I would love it and I did! Sunflowers are rare in the winter but they made it happen! Thank you so much for being a part of my special day! Cleanliness of place: 5/5. The shop smelled sweet of flowers. Friendly staff. Great products! Excellent customer service!
I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my friend. The flowers were delivered without the card I had carefully written for her. When I called customer service to address the issue, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of compassion. The representative claimed the card “got lost during transit” and offered no solution, no apology, and no sense of urgency. I would never recommend this business, unprofessional and careless staff.
I ordered two custom flower arrangements for my aunts funeral and they by far exceeded my expectations!!! Brandon did an amazing job coordinating everything for me and the chambersburg location did a fantastic job on the flowers themselves. Couldn’t be happier with ordering from them it was one good thing on a very hard day
