Went to get my Christmas tree today and they had a great selection of healthy trees, including EXACTLY what I was looking for. Super professional and friendly. The dinosaurs are amazing, too! And my tree came in at about half of what I was expecting to spend. I'll definitely be going back!

Biggest selection of anything you could ask for. Went looking for a Japanese maple tree and their supply was so endless it took me forever to pick one lol. 90% of their products are fresh and healthy. I believe they said there’s something like 15 acres. Do yourself a favor. Don’t shop around just go to rays. They even have gift certificates. Shop and support local businesses this is a good one.

I would rate the customer experience a zero with one associate that I have encountered within the past two years. Last year and planning for this year major landscaping beside my new pavilion and with other areas of my yard. Last year when I went to Ray’s, the parking was jammed, so I parked just past the area behind the building. I was selecting plants for my new pavilion and heard a woman screaming at the top of her lungs, to move a certain truck ( which I planned on filling with plants) to move it now!!! I dropped all of the plants I planned to purchase and drove off. I emailed the owner explaining this. Never received a response. I was the manager of a 16.5 million dollar store and did not receive the courtesy of at least a call or email about this! It gets better….This year I went back to purchase more plants for my new area. The woman that ring me up was the same person that was yelling for me to move my truck. When she rung me up, she told me that my card was not accepted. I called my bank in the parking lot and was told that no transaction was made at Ray’s . ( She was told by the owner of my complaint last year and decided not to accept my card on her own without scanning). I don’t know why this place would keep an individual that would do this as I emailed the owner again regarding this. No response. They lost on many hundreds of dollars I ended up buying plants at various Lowes, WM, Laurel Nursery, and Bakers Lawn Ornaments, I will never shop this place again and have a wide group of people I have known after working in retail for the past 45-years, of this experience!
