Absolutely amazing!!! The florist is so kind and helpful and truly talented! The flowers I bought were so beautiful and lasted very well! The florist offered to order specific flowers for me if I ever wanted. Could not recommend more! Will definitely be back!!!

Highly recommend! When my Dad recently passed away an out of town friend wanted to send flowers to my Mom. He wanted a local florist not an online chain. We found Centerport Flower Shop. We were hesitant because they don't have a website, but they have great reviews, so we took a chance. Don't let the lack of a website stop you. The flowers were beautiful. Mom loves them. The owner was kind and friendly. She even texted my friend a photo of the flowers before delivery. Beautiful flowers and great service! Support a small business!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I called and purchased an arrangement to be delivered and we discussed the type of arrangement. I told them my price and said to use "creative discretion" for the arrangement. This was for a specific and very special situation and needed to be delivered on a specific date. I was concerned because I was calling the day before, but I was assured that was no problem. The day the flowers were to be delivered I was sent an email stating that "unfortunately due to supply issues they would not be able to complete the order". As I was working that day, I didn't see the email until later in the day, and too late to have another florist make and deliver an arrangement. My frustration comes from the fact that the arrangement she was going to do was at her suggestion, why would you suggest something you cannot deliver, and even if that was an honest mistake, she was given "creative discretion", so just use different flowers! This was the first time in years flowers didn't arrive anonymously for this occasion. A simple phone call to me could have avoided this. I am more than disappointed at the apparent blatant disregard for customer service.
