I have been a customer of Marrazzo's since the 80s. Even though I moved away, I used them whenever I had the need for flowers. Unfortunately, my last experience with them is definitely my last. I ordered flowers for my father's funeral and wanted 2 arrangements to be red, white and blue, since my father was a WWII veteran. The others were to be white and blue. The day of the viewing we were disappointed to see that most of the hydrangeas were looking really wilted. I took pictures of a few to be able to show Marrazzo's later. Instead of the 2 white and blue arrangements, we received 1 with 2 different personalized ribbons in it. I emailed Marrazzo's after the funeral to express my dissatisfaction in regards to the missing arrangement and with the wilted flowers and attached 2 pictures as an example . They quickly offered to reimburse me for the missing arrangement and the wilted flowers. What I didn't realize was they only reimbursed me for the flowers I took pictures of, which were 3. I emailed again and explained that I couldn't just remove the hydrangeas, as that would have left big gaps in the arrangement and that I was really disappointed in those arrangements. They did not reimburse me further and thought they were generous in the $18 credit for the dead flowers. So if you are using them, remember to take pictures of any and ALL items you are unhappy with. Honestly, I would recommend going elsewhere.
I am honestly sad to share this story because it shows how inconsiderate and unkind people can be in this world today. I booked Marrazzo's for my church wedding ceremony and was upfront that I would only need flowers for a ceremony, not a reception. Judy agreed and we finalized all the arrangements. 2 months before my wedding, I get a phone call from Judy saying she "does not have the man power" for my wedding. I had my date booked 6 months in advance, but clearly it was not a "big enough job" to be worth the trouble. I argued with her and she said she would try to figure it out and call me back. She never did. So I had to figure it out on my own. I wish she just was honest with me upfront, instead of my leaving me to stress 2 months before my wedding. I will not use this florist for anything in the future. They clearly are not hardworking and lack decency and compassion. I don't know how another woman could do this to a bride. It was shocking. I would think twice before booking with them. I hope this does not happen to another bride in the future. Best of luck with your business.
My daughter and I visited today to purchase spring plants, but unfortunately, the store is staffed with elderly women who aren't used to seeing people who don't look exactly like them. I'm sure you ladies remember the old expression, "never judge a book by its cover." You lost a large sale and a future customer!
Marrazzo's did an AMAZING job creating absolutely breath-taking flowers for my wedding! They listened to my thoughts and ideas about the types and colors of flowers I envisioned for the big day, which allowed them to create floral masterpieces. Judy and Olga were very communicative with me about any questions they had leading up to the wedding itself. On the day of the wedding, they arrived promptly and began setting up everything. Overall, my experience with Marrazzo's was a beautiful one! I will certainly be using them again in the future for any floral needs.
I went early AM on a Saturday. There really was not anyone there yet...but when I went in the place was so organized. I was able to get a ton of herb plants for under $20 dollars...which is great because it was even cheaper than when you buy it at the store. They have a ton of flowers and there herbs like basil/rosmary/thyme and veggies like baby tomatoes are already bigger than other places I have seen in the spring. Front table was nice too. I know they do event flowers as well. I cant speak on that but that seems like they have a ton of options. They deliver from what I gather.
