Imperial Florist

My sisters and I came to Imperial Florist for our father’s funeral because both my sister and I used them for our weddings 20+ years ago. We were treated terribly upon arrival; like we were inconveniencing them. We were asked (rudely) when they were needed and then told they aren't open on weekends—we didn't need them on the weekend!? Our business was obviously not wanted, so we happily obliged and took it elsewhere.

I cannot say enough great things about Imperial Florist. They absolutely came through with a beautiful dozen red roses 🌹 for my wife on Valentines Day. I received a call that my wife was not home when they attempted delivery. I let them know she was at the nail salon and would not be home until later. They contacted her and made the delivery once she was home. Not only a beautiful bouquet but even better customer service. Great job!!!

Not at all in press with the service, order a plant from Florida for a funeral she will not deliver because of the rains and flooring. Says she is closed on Saturday has to wait to Monday after the funeral is over. I feel like a good business would go out of their way to see the plant was at the funeral on time no matter what. I am very disappointed as I went out of my way to find a florist close to the funeral home to give my business to. Yet she does not work on Saturday it would take only a few minutes to deliver the plant to be there in time for my cousin funeral. Sad please look for another florist if you need a delivery. Plus I paid $15.00 and for what???

I was thankful that they were able to deliver the same day but was disappointed when I arrived at the funeral home and saw the arrangement. For a Deluxe arrangement (dish garden) that cost over $120.00 it was very small. Not to mention that it was not very full I usually use another florist but it was too far away for delivery. I can spend the same amount there and the arrangement is more than double the size. Very disappointing.

Fantastic local florist. I stopped in midday and had a request for a certain type of bouquet. They were able to create a beautiful bouquet to my request within 1 hour. Typically I feel as though most bouquets underdeliver and I overpay, however, that is not the case with this shop. The bouquet size, quality, and arrangement was WELL worth the price and I will be using this florist moving forward for all of my needs!
