I received a bouquet last week for my birthday. The alstromeria were wilted and turning brown, and there were strange white spots on some of the leaves of the flowers. Every single lily in the arrangement remained closed for about 2 days, and by the time they finally opened, the roses were dying or dead. Overall a very sloppy arrangement. I included a photo of what I was supposed to receive.
If I could give this place zero stars I would! My husband ordered flowers from 1800 flowers and they used this place. I received flowers that were broken and dead! He complained and 1800 flowers said they would replace. This place delivered again and guess what… they were also broken and dead!! We complained again for a refund and 1800 gave us a credit and wants to resend the flowers… we will never be ordering from 1800 flowers or this place again. Awful!!!
The flowers and arrangements are lovely. Always delivered on time. They are efficient and courteous. If you have any issues, they make it right quickly and generously. Excellent
Found this place last minute for my son and gf's crosages. Al thought the lady who attended me had an attitude and seemed annoyed that I went and asked if same day service was possible, Both came out beautiful! I paid $18 for his and $35 for hers. Well, unfortunately, she wasn't able to wear hers! As soon as we took it out of the clear container CAREFULLY, it came apart. We even tried to crazy glue and tie it, but nothing ! I know I asked for same day service, but I don't think I should have wasted $35 on something that was rushed and not done correctly. Of course, that morning, my husband cleaned my car and threw the receipt out! Won't use this place again ! ( i have 3 kids graduating this year, crosages skipped my mind... hence the same day service )
This is the second time I come to this florist, service has always been very good, I asked for a big flower arrangement for my best friend’s engagement and even tho what I was asking for(blue roses for the same week) wasn’t the easiest, they did their best to accommodate me and had them ready the day and time that I needed for. Everyone absolutely loved the arrangement. Would definitely recommend.
