Danielle was exceptional to work with, she made everything so simple. We had a thread of emails back and forth that she was so quick to respond to. I had a few last minute changes that I requested and she made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal at all, nothing was an inconvenience. My bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely beautiful. The boutineers were also everything I imagined, so festive with line one and berry accents to stay with the December theme. Our over the mantle piece was transferred to our sweetheart table which was so lovely. Our wedding had five long family style tables with greenery strung throughout the middle with candles. It was everything I had imagined. Highly recommend.
Good customer services. You can purchase a rose for 2.99 and they will fancy it up with some bows and complimentary cards. This florist is located in Suburban station. You can get roses from $10 bucks on up, stuff animals, chocolate, plants, etc. I definitely recommend! Great for all special occasions, even last minute award ceremonies.
I ordered the Premium Princess Peach for same-day delivery for my girlfriend's birthday, and while there was some stress about it coming on time (didn't get delivered until 8:30pm after I ordered at 1pm), this was hands down the nicest bouquet I have ever purchased. The aroma was magnificent - incredibly fresh and we can smell every time we walk by - and there were a bunch of unbloomed lilies, so every day since we have had a new lily open! The vase is also beautiful. My girlfriend is obsessed and I will absolutely be ordering from PFM again. Huge kudos to the florist! PS - the photo is from SIX DAYS after delivery and it's still gorgeous. My only suggestion is please improve your order status system. I got an email and a text after delivery, but no other notifications. An update when the arrangement was completed and turned to the delivery folks would have reduced a ton of stress on me.
