Such a wonderful floral shop! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had to change the delivery date twice due to the persons discharge changing. Each time the shop was so nice and flexible. Not to mention the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! Would highly recommend!
Very disappointed in the flower arrangement ordered for special family member’s funeral. The color of the flowers was what we discussed with the person at the shop but that was it. Nothing like the photo. We had ordered forward facing and the flowers were all around. What we paid was excessive for the small vase received which could not be seen during the funeral. Will never use this florist again. Then when phoned owner took days to return call and only provided a $20 refund. On top of all of this, they charged three family member’s delivery fees to delivery to the same funeral address. Really? This would not have happened at home (we are from out of town).
Very accommodating and high quality! I walked in, requested a cheerful bouquet for my Mom's retirement and within an hour they made a beautiful arrangement. A week later and my mom hasn't lost a single flower - This picture is after a week!
Pugliese Flowers & Gifts did an absolute AMAZING job with mine and my maid of honor's bouquets, not to mention how affordable they are! I gave them my wedding colors and the color of my maid of honor's dress and they worked with me to bring my vision to life - and the color we were working with is not an easy color to match (teracotta/burnt orange). I truly couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I definitely recommend!
