We (Olive Street Events) recently had the pleasure of working with Matlack for an industry event that truly required the best of the best and they did an absolutely incredible job! As a wedding planner, I have the pleasure of working with many florists, and I can confidently say that Matlack Florist is one of the best in the area! Their team is incredibly creative, collaborative, and just an all around delight to work with! They were open to our design plan (which was very elaborate) and brought it to life with stunning, high-quality florals that exceeded expectations. The flowers were the highlight of this event and some of the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever seen. I highly recommend Matlack Florist to any couple or planner looking for breathtaking floral designs and a top-tier experience!

My wife delivered our son on February 17. Her birthday is February 19. I called the florist between 3-4pm on February 18 to see if they could send some balloons and flowers to the hospital on short notice and they did. My wife said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen. I thank the florist. Good job. I’ll be a repeat customer in the future.

Matlack was hands down one of our favorite vendors to work with as we planned our wedding, and they truly exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding. Their attention to detail and ability to listen to the clients aspirations and help bring them to life was really unlike anything I have ever experienced. ANOTHER UPDATE: This business responded to my concerns expressed below and that is very much appreciated. While they are not immediately able to address my online issues, they are going to engage with their website vendor to see what can be done. Returning my review to the previous rating. UPDATE: Fix your website!! There is no easy way to sign into my account until I am ready to place an order. I should be able to sign in as soon as enter the website. I am annoyed because I must have screwed up my order for Mother’s Day by trying to sign in late in the process. My order was never placed and the flowers I was expecting today never arrived!! Shame on me for not remembering to check for a confirmation email, but the root cause is your stupid web site where I can’t even check my order history. Annoying!!!! I have been using Matlack Florist for years!! They have always provided the best service with the most creative solutions at a reasonable price. They also always have stood by their products. When the recipient has had any kind of problem, Matlack Florists has addressed the issue without hesitation. They also have great variety and they work great with other florists for times when delivery outside their normal area is required.
