My husband purchased me a birthday gift from Daisy Diggins a silver Lola necklace. When I opened the gift the necklace was clearly tarnished you couldn’t tell if it was gold or silver. I went back today to exchange it for a better one one that is not tarnished. When I went in, I explained to the lady that I’m not here to get my money back. I will actually probably spent more than what this necklace was bought for. She would not exchange the tarnish necklace. Instead, she proceeded to tell me how silver needs to be quaint. I’m not about to clean a brand new necklace I said. She went and took it on herself to clean it. I walked outside of The store looked at it still tarnished went back in and she cleaned it a second time. On my way home now looking at it in the sunlight and still it is gold and silver. Ordered flowers in person for my father's funeral. (Disappointed there were no pictures of arrangements to select from) Called the florist no more than two hours later to add a small casket piece to the order. (It was supposed to be a small heart but didn't resemble a heart at all.) Quoted me $75. Got my credit card statement and I was charged $93.08. I called to question the charge. Told me there was tax on the order and a $12 delivery charge. They charged $12 delivery twice because they said it was two orders. Really??? We are talking two hours later not two days later. Of course they delivered all floral pieces to the funeral home at the same time. I should have been quoted total amount when ordering. What a money grab charging delivery twice. Neither the person I spoke to in person or on the phone were particularly pleasant. I will not do business with Daisy Diggins again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Shop around people! They aren't the only florist in the area. I very much regret doing business with Daisy Diggins.

This was my first time going into Daisy Dig' ins. The shop was filled with eclectic collections of one of a kind items. However I went there for a last minute floral bouquet. Although the selection was not as varied as I had hoped, I must admit that the flowers were exceptional. The roses were fragrant and the blooms were large and had beautiful color. I will definitely visit them again for a future flower purchase.

Needed flowers for funeral. I was out of town and it was a short notice. I had tried the online florist and was told there wasn't. a vendor that could fill my order. A little bird told me to try Daisy Dig'ins. Spoke to Sarah and detoured to the shop. At ten in the morning I told the floral arrangement designer , I needed an all white arrangement ,size desired and delivery by 3 p.m. that afternoon at the funeral home two towns away They were gracious and sincere in in their effort to help me. They delivered the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. Beyond my expectations. I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know and will use them again for every occasion. I cannot express my appreciation for their efforts. Best customer service I seen in years.
